George H. Nash is author of The Conservative Intellectual Movement in America Since 1945 and of several books about the life of Herbert Hoover. He is the editor of Freedom Betrayed: Herbert Hoover’s Secret History of the Second World War and Its Aftermath (Hoover Institution Press, 2011) and of The Crusade Years, 1933-1955: Herbert Hoover’s Lost Memoir of the New Deal Era and Its Aftermath (Hoover Institution Press, 2013).
