Jennifer Huddleston serves as Policy Counsel for NetChoice. Her portfolio and research interest include issues related to data privacy, antitrust, online content moderation including Section 230, transportation innovation, and the regulatory state. She is also an adjunct professor at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School.
