Lee Levine is a retired practitioner (at Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz LLP and Ballard Spahr LLP) and adjunct professor of law (at the Georgetown University Law Center). He argued Harte Hanks Communications v. Connaugton and Bartnicki v. Vopper in the US Supreme Court and is the author (along with Stephen Wermiel) of The Progeny: Justice William J. Brennan Jr.’s Fight to Preserve the Legacy of New York Times v. Sullivan.
