Ryszard Legutko is a professor of philosophy at Jagellonian University in Krakow, Poland. He has served as Minister of Education, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the late President Lech Kaczynski, and Deputy Speaker of the Senate. He is currently a Member of the European Parliament and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
