Salvatore Saluga is a coastal planner based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. He obtained a Master’s degree in Geography at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, which culminated in a thesis written on the migratory patterns of Samoan gridiron football players that have made it onto National Football League (NFL) rosters.
