Prof. Moshe Cohen-Eliya is an expert in comparative constitutional law and human rights, and has served as President of the College of Law and Business in Israel. Cohen-Eliya has worked as a litigator for the Association for Civil Rights in Israeli, is a founder of the Law & Ethics of Human Rights journal and is the co-author of Proportionality and Constitutional Culture (Cambridge University Press, 2013). His next co-authored book with I. Porat Supreme Courts in the age of Political Polarization (Cambridge University Press) will be published later this year.
